“I wanted to express my gratitude to the professionalism and help my team received yesterday from James and Alex in pump sales. I required 160m of 4” hose in 6m lengths for a job that was taking place yesterday evening at 6pm. The guys made sure all lengths were checked and ready for collection at 4pm. Sadly we sent an inadequate vehicle and both James and Alex said “it wasn’t a problem” and would stay with my team till a solution to get all 160m to site was achieved. “
